Every shirt is custom made to order so we do not accept returns HOWEVER… customer service is especially important to this small #womanowned #blackowned business so here’s how we serve you…
If an item is damaged or faulty in any way, contact support by email email@example.com. Send a CLEAR picture of the damaged/faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, the order number, and remember to include photos of the problem and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Remember you have 48 hours to submit a quality issue, so please don’t let that package sit by the front door ‘till the weekend!
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or accept returns for incorrect sizes. To help with this, every shirt has an accurate size chart on the product page. Note: the shirts really are are true to size & maaaaybe even run a bit large. If you like a tight fit, we recommend you size down 1 size from your usual size.
